It’s not always an easy choice deciding what to do for Chanya’s day off and to be honest, she is content with sleeping into the late hours of the day. Thankfully, her brother Bee suggested a day at the beach in Cha-Am which sounded like an excellent idea to get away for the day.
Our first stop was Hat Puek Tian Beach which as a bit of history written up in Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Puek_Tian_Beach) before making our way down to Cha-Am. Arriving at Cha-Am, the weather was perfect for lunch on the beach. Alas, this is the rainy season and an hour later, the monsoon rains chose to visit us. This didn’t stop anyone from playing and as Thai’s like to stay out of the sun, it was probably a perfect day all told.
