Today we take a short drive west out to Nakhon Pathom to look at a new housing estate. The salon has been running for almost a year now so we are approaching the time where Chanya can qualify for a home loan. This means we can now start some dream building and go check out what sort of places are on offer.
We looked at a few places last year but it was too early to make any commitments back then. Now that she has some bank reporting, Chanya feels they may take a more serious look at our needs. This Social Plus+ estate is quite nice and I could certainly see a lot of appeal for this style of house. I still want to look at more options and get a firm commitment from the bank before getting my hopes too high. So stay tuned and we’ll organise some more walkthroughs for different options we come across over the next few months.
