We’ve found a location for Chanya’s new Hair Salon and we’ve talked through everything over the last 24 hours and decided that it has all the makings for her business. We’ve run some numbers on the budget so now we’re heading out to firm up those costs.
There will be incidentals and some labour costs, but the major expenses are the air-conditioner and the glass frontage for the shop.
As you will see at the end of the video, I’m setting the budget at the 100k baht total and we have also secured the location with the 3 months rent in advance.
