These house blessing parties in Thailand are things civilized Western societies will never experience. The Thais go all out to make it an event to remember! The official blessing with the Buddhist monks happened in the morning, and we captured some of that in the livestream earlier today. The party, on the other hand, is for the extended family and friends who come to see the free entertainment and free food the host provides. All I can say is “it’s wild” and remember to bring your ear plugs!
