I don’t think I’ll ever fully understand the lottery system here in Thailand, but I’ll not stop someone from trying it. Personally, the whole winning ratio of any of these systems is set up to make the majority of people lose and fill the coffers of the state revenue. That aside, it’s still a fun day out and you never know your luck. The Wat Sawang Arom temple, from my understanding, is supposed to bring you luck with the lottery and given the number of tables set up there, there may be something special about the place. Aside from that, it is still a nice place to visit and has some interesting venue with a very eclectic feel to it. There is no shortage of food there too so you won’t go hungry.
