This time of year in Thailand is usually the hottest and dryest but I can only imagine Nature felt that since Songkran had been cancelled, that it should give is a drenching. Ok, so we have been experiencing drought condition over much of Thailand which makes this downpour a real blessing. I can only imagine that no one has been hearing about the drought conditions given all the sensational news items about the virus, but that’s how the media works! Not to worry, it doesn’t stop us from getting out of the house to grab our evening meal. Life in our soi still goes on and apart from all the masks, life still seems pretty much normal.
