For our lunch date today, we ended up at a place a few kilometres away from home called hun Miang’s Kitchen. Chanya tells me the chef is originally from Chiang Mai and the restaurant menu focuses mainly on northern cuisine, with the specialty here being Kaao Soi. My buddy Cody always raves about Kaao Soi so I chose Kaao Soi Gai. Of course, I’ve now added that dish to my favourites list and look forward to trying other versions of it. As for some tips for an easy life, well, you need to watch the video don’t you!
