Retirement Planning? – Medical checks for home loans? – Checking the house?

We had a busy running around day to day. The bank has requested medical checks for Chanya as part of the home loan approval process. I’m sure I didn’t need that when I got my home loan in Australia but it is a thing here in Thailand. We had to go pick up the paperwork from the housing estate for the medical checks so I took a quick look around the house to see what had been done since our last visit. The medical checks were fairly generic with blood tests and urine tests but nothing seriously invasive. We then went to have lunch at a really quaint bistro about 5 minutes drive from the hospital which had some really nice food. From there, we needed to run back to the estate to give them the results of the medical tests which completed our running around for this day.
