Chanya takes ownership of her new house

Well, you’ve all seen the videos covering the building process and us not knowing if the bank will actually approve the mortgage, but everything is now finalized and approved. It’s now time to go sign all the papers to make it all official. The first visit is to the Land Office in Nakhon Pathom to pay the taxes and get her new Tabian Baan Blue Book. Then we take a short drive to the bank where she signs off on the mortgage. Then we take her mom and dad to lunch on the river and we finish off the outing by taking mom and dad to see her house. The whole process has been done behind the scene because it was only today where everything is made factual and if any part of the deal fell through, would mean she would lose face with the family. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case so her parents are now really proud of her achievements.
