For this little adventure, we first stop in at a gated estate on Phetkasem 69 but as this was a fairly established estate, the selection of houses was limited. Not only that, all the low and medium price options were sold out and the remainder was outside out budget.
We then took a short drive to Phetkasem 81 and followed some signage to a new estate which was a little hard to find. It is not an ideal location as it will involve negotiating narrow streets to get into the estate. The pricing, however, was much more reasonable starting at 1.89 million baht for their 2 bedroom options. There were some 3 bedroom options starting at 2.49 million baht, although their idea of a 3rd bedroom really only meets my idea of a study. A study is certainly something I would consider, but I personally couldn’t see where we would put all Chanya’s clothes.
