Bangkok Insider – One Night in Bangkok

There’s a lot of talk from the paid media channels about how Thailand is open and how many people are coming to Thailand, but the reality is a lot different. The main problem with getting tourists to visit is the nightlife venues are simply not open, or at least not many anyway. The upper echelon of Thailand management think people come to Thailand to visit the Temples and eat great food, but we all know the bulk of tourists come for the nightlife. Bangkok didn’t get the name “the city that never sleeps” based on Temple tours that is certain! The only people coming to Thailand at the moment are ex-pats, business people and the repatriation of family members. At least we do have a few places open in Bangkok for those weary travellers.
