With all the restrictions around groups at restaurants and sitting alone, there really was no point in taking Chanya and the family out to a restaurant. We settled for a BBQ party at home where we don’t need masks and we can eat until we’re full! There is one thing I’ve learnt about Thailand over the last 4 years and that is Thai’s love to eat. I’m surprised they stay relatively slim given all the food they eat. I know I put on 2kg at this party with all the food and beer consumption.
