It’s Chanya’s birthday!

Tonight we could have gone anywhere but Chanya wanted to eat Issan food at our favourite little Korat style restaurant. We’ve eaten here many times before and the food is very tasty and the selection is varied. Of course, the birthday cake was not on their menu but her mother picked out a lovely cake from the bakery at our local Big-C Extra on the way there. The rainy season certainly didn’t let us down and we got the typical downpour which is how life goes here in Thailand. A wonderful family affair and wonderful times to share with my sweetheart.
