It’s just a little prick! Jai Yen Yen!

We can joke all we want about the vaccine but as a responsible human being, I’m quite happy to be protecting my family. Just for some background on the video, I submitted my details last Thursday using the Google Document which has no official details on the page so for all I know, I could have been giving sensitive personal details to a phishing scam or opening up a floodgate for identity theft. As we say, This is Thailand!
I received an email on Sunday evening telling me that I would receive an SMS on Monday evening to confirm the Tuesday 4 pm booking. So… does that mean I need to be at Bang Sue station at 4 pm or am I getting the injection at 4 pm. The details are very sketchy. I decided to get there early to make sure I didn’t get delayed by traffic or have difficulty finding parking. All I can say is that Thai’s simply don’t understand what an appointment actually means. Maybe there is no word in the Thai language for them to make a comparison with because our idea of an appointment is worlds apart from what Thais must think it means!
