All the April craziness is over so now it’s back to our regular daily life show. April is the month for Songkran and our trip to Pattaya, it’s nice to get back to normality. We just signed a new 12-month lease for our townhouse which cost us an extra 1,000 Baht per month, but it would cost us more to move out and find somewhere else to live and we do like the location.
We’re planning to put a new Air-conditioner unit into the townhouse so we take a look at some of the prices in our local Big-C extra.
