It’s Chanya’s birthday! 🎂
We kick off with a typical Thai birthday celebration — friends dropping by, food everywhere (thanks to Mum’s amazing Laab Moo!), and yes, we even sang the birthday song on camera… because we’re proudly nerds like that.
While we kept the camera work light out of respect for privacy — especially for some of Chanya’s more camera-shy friends — the mood was fun, relaxed, and full of flavour (literally).
The next day, with Chanya booked for more makeup work on her supposed day off, we finally snuck in a birthday meal… at Pizza Hut of all places! Surprisingly, the Pizza Hut experience here in Thailand is leagues above what folks back in Australia remember. Maybe Thai kitchens just know how to do it right!
We skipped the pizza and went for lasagna and Meltz while chatting about one of our older videos that still pops up in comments: “Why Don’t You See Ladyboys Over 40?”
Well… Chanya’s 41 now, and very much present! 😉
It’s an interesting topic and worth revisiting — because life doesn’t stop at 40. It evolves, and sometimes it includes lasagna and a trip to the mall!
