Suzy told me about the Bar anniversary on the previous Friday, so I had little time to spread the word, but a few of our group managed to pop into the Down Under Bar to celebrate the 5th birthday on Monday. She invited some girls from her local university to come down and dance in their traditional Thai dress, which was unexpected. As I had already been out shopping with Chanya earlier that day, the party at Suzy’s was low-key but still fun to catch up and have a few drinks with her.
