Do you need to learn Thai?

Today, we will discuss a subject that often comes up on our channel and everyday life while living in Thailand. There is no correct answer to this question because every foreigner coming to Thailand will have a unique experience, but we’ll give our thoughts on the subject in this video. My integration into Thai life has been a long journey with seven years of visiting 3 to 4 times each year, and over that time, I picked up enough everyday Thai language to avoid feeling like a noob when I came to live here permanently. Other people will have a different experience, and not only that, they will be living in different parts of Thailand, impacting their need to learn Thai.
