The O-A Retirement Extension to continue my stay here in Thailand now requires health insurance to qualify for the renewal. There are 12 insurance companies with the required policy for the extension and as I already have my motorcycle insurance with LMG, I felt it was a safe bet to run with them again. The policy is not all that expensive when you think about it and given my good health, I don’t feel I really need anything additional so I took the option with the 100,000 baht excess.
