One thing that gets me thinking is when I see all these riverside houses on stilts on a river known to flood regularly. Then when you see a place like this which I admit is all new and recently built, I guess you’re given to wonder where the priorities in life lie with Thai culture. I’m sure the house serves the needs of the people here, but it is a perfect example of Thai life that you never see in travel vlogs.
