The Red Lotus Floating Market

For today’s little adventure, we head back to Nakhon Pathom to check out a water market. When I looked at the map, I couldn’t see any waterway for the market to be on, but at closer investigation, I could see that it had been built on a pond. It was a good hour drive from our house but that didn’t worry us as we like to get out and about for our Wednesday outings anyway. Once we got there, we could see that it was popular with the Thai’s and had all the typical stall setup of a regular water market. The food was great and very well priced so it might be worth the trip out from Bangkok if you’re ever allowed back into the country!
