Tips and tricks for living in Thailand as a westerner

After travelling to Thailand for 16 years and living in Thailand for 5 years, there are still things I need to make allowances for with the lifestyle here. We simply don’t have the ability to walk out on the street and grab food where I came from in Australia. We also had open-air markets around Sydney, but they generally weren’t your first choice to go get a bargain. There are things you’ll need to get used to when choosing to live here in Thailand.
