I always love to catch up with subscribers, but there are a few that have become really good friends. I’ve only caught Johnno on facebook chat and a few hangouts over the last year so it was great to meet him in person. He’s shared some invaluable information about Thailand and Bangkok for his time living here. Comparing the old days with the current scene can really be an eye-opener.
Anyway, just to clear up the possible confusion with this video. We arranged to meet at the Down Under Bar but Suzy had the music playing too loud to really make any sense of the conversation we were having. The result is that we chatted for over 3 hours about everything and then arranged to meet up again. On the second run, we stopped in at Patpong which is close to his hotel and met up with some of the longtime owners working there.
