We were going to check out a noodle restaurant one of Chanya’s friends visited a few weeks ago, but when we got there, it was a lot different to what we expected so we drove back to a place I noticed on the way out. This Woodland Museum didn’t have many photos on the Google map pin but when we got there, the gatekeeper said they had a cafe so we stopped in for lunch and to check out the museum. There was a 100 baht charge per person to enter, but that seemed reasonable given there was a museum on the grounds. All I can say is the food was great at the cafe but the tour through the museum was totally unexpected. The collection of wooden artifacts the museum has collected was impressive and the presentation was first class. I can highly recommend this place for a day out trip from Bangkok.
